I have been noting some very weird weather pattens lately over past few months:
Like what seems to be very odd cloud pattens like very fine horizontal clouds and odd pattens I noticed it before a period of very wet, unsettled weather this weird signs:
This was taken before the big flood in Victoria approx. 2 days before it’s occurrence.

I notice a odd horizontal fines lines across the sky
It seems very odd as clouds are perfectly straight lines
Plus what seems to look irregular line going down ward across the sky toward the horizon from what is approx. NE direction from the CBD in NE suburbs of Vic

Above path a blue sky which seems to be strangely a very milky appearance
Again I noticed the fine perfectly straight line clouds again
It seems very unnaturally fast development of such nasty erratic weather pattens
Sometime it make me wonder if the Rain Control Act of 1967 that allows cloud seeding for drought managment and bushfire prevention is being abused by our governments both Fed and States?
As one thing I seemed observe with this cloud seeding practice is they still haven’t got the formula right yet so it seems they are still experimenting! As wonder if they any scientific studies of what long term use and how it impacted the environment in the long term by any of the scientists and university organisations in other countries here and overseas?
This Act seems to be like a knife, As when used cautiously it will benefit the people BUT when it seems to used recklessly the excessive rain resulting from such practices seems to cause more damage and with a lack of dams and drainage it seems to be contributing to the flooding recently…..
As I obtained a document of this Rain Control Act of 1967 at attempt to understand why this happening. What concerns me and my friends I discussed this with this after I read this document was this area of the Rain Control Act:
Unquote: Section 12 No liability in respect of authorized operations
(1) Neither the Minister, any person or body authorized by the Minister to make arrangements for carrying out a rain-making operation, nor any person carrying out rain- making operations authorized by the Minister under this Act shall in any way be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused by or arising out of the precipitation of rain hail sleet snow ice fog or mist in consequence of the rain- making operations so carried out.
(2) A person carrying out rain-making operations outside Victoria under and in accordance with the law (if any) corresponding with this Act and in force in the State or Territory where the operations are carried out shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage caused by or arising out of the precipitation in Victoria of rain hail sleet snow
ice fog or mist in consequence of the rain- making operations so carried out.
Does it seem to mean that they can do all this damage and people’s insurance companies will not pay them out from the damage of these floods ?
Will it be classified to the insurers to be a Natural Disaster and not be covered for those flood victims?
Is there a possibility the government both state and Federal seems to be weaponising this technology for the Climate Change to force the people to Net Zero whist blaming our consumption of fossil fuels and gas when it seems to be bad human behaviour causing this climate change?
Sadly MSM will not investigate why this happening so it seems…..
In China media I am seeing their people go hungry and Rich people leaving with the bear minimum with them!
As it seems they cannot take their $$$ out their country and I suspect their government are keeping it!

You are right Snuffles, they are using geoengineering to cause floods and droughts, but cloud seeding is just part of their tool box. They also use 5G arrays to change the temperature and guide the clouds to where they want them to go.
Like Covid and the threats of terrorism that they manufactured it is all about taking away our freedoms and controlling the people. They want us all to live in the city in large sets of flats (little boxes).
Sometimes they just want to reflect the sun so they can stop global warming by using clouds.
This is a problem if you have a solar electricity generating system to power your home.

We need to stop them as they are destroying communities like Lismore so they can buy up their properties and build back better with a smart city (already in their published plans) that will track everyone all the time like in China.
We already had floods and droughts every few years, so why do we need this, unless they need to break a very long drought where the dams are dry?
Currently on msm I understand seem to report the dams are full....and they have let the water out somehow but doing it seems it’s causing issues due to events of rivers breaking their banks...
